Harry Gasparov

♟Harry Kimovich Kasparov is a Soviet and Russian chess player, the 13th world champion in chess, the game’s literator and politician recognised by major experts.

In 2005 he announced that he’d decided to finish his career to devote himself to the political activity.

🤝He used to be the chair of the United citizen front, one of the co-chairs of the Russian citizen Congress as well as the Deputy of the Russia National Assembly.

👥In 2008 he became one of the founders and member of the Federal bureau of the “Solidarnost” United democratic movement but left it in 2013. In October 2012 he was selected to the Coordinative Russian opposition board

👐🏻Since 2011 Gasparov has been the leader of the “Human right defence fund” International Board in New York.
