On July 6 at 13:00 MSK the Decimal blockchain pauses for a scheduled network upgrade, expected to take about 2–3 days. During the upgrade the network is fully unavailable (transactions, staking, wallet, Explorer and Console); funds remain safe.
The upgrade brings a rebase 1000:1, APR fine-tuning (yield settling at ~15.1% per year), a fee oracle, and improvements across Wallet, Explorer, Console and the API.
