👤William Henry Gates III is the American entrepreneur and public figure, philanthrope and one of the founders and the biggest stock holder of Microsoft.

👉🏼Used to be the head of the company till 2008; after quitting he stayed as the non-executive chairman of the board of directors. He is also the co-chairman of the charity foundations of Bill and Melinda Gates, member of the Berkshire Hathaway
board of directors, and the CEO of Cascade investment.

🖖🏻Bill Gates is holding one one of the records for funds transferred to charity: in the period since 1994 till 2010, he put over $28 billion into his fund.

🤝In 2010 Gates signed a “Giving oath” and proposed that all billionaires to transfer half of their funds to charity.
